CAN I CHANGE, REFUND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to change, refund or cancel your order, you are allowed to do so only before your item has been shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation email, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM?
  • All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
  • 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 24hrs of payment.
  • We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped (Items are shipped but the system might be delayed in sending tracking #)

 

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our
specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia,
Germany, United Kingdom .

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

Items will delivered between minimum of 2 days and sometimes up to 6 weeks from fulfillment depending on the product, location and postal services. Most often delivery is within 7 business days. This may be a little longer for international delivery. For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow 2-6 weeks
delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be
sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT?

If you have received the damaged or wrong product, please send image proof and we will either give you a refund or replace your product depending on your choice.
