REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping, Refunds, Returns, Cancellations and Changes Policy Returns

Your satisfaction is our long term aim and concern.

If there is any problem with your items, please contact customer service support team as your first action Do not return any merchandise to the manufacturer, or to us without first contacting our support department.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back directly to the manufacturer.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee is a percentage of the item's price, depending on the type of item and the condition in which it is returned.


Note: Unique Varieties is not required to accept returns beyond our return window, but in cases that we do, there is a restocking fee following the guidelines outlined in the table below.

The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window. Yes. Up to 20% of item's price.
The buyer returns an item in the original condition more than 15 days past the return window. The 15 days allow for return transportation from the buyer to the seller. Yes. Up to 20% of item's price.
The buyer refuses delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier. No. The seller pays for return shipping, but may file a claim with the carrier or insurance company, if insurance was purchased.
The buyer receives damaged or defective item. No. The seller can file a claim with the carrier or insurance company, if insurance was purchased.
The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns a non-media item within the return window, but the seller receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer. Yes. Up to 50% of item's price.
The buyer returns a book within the return window with obvious signs of use. Yes. Up to 50% of item's price.
The buyer returns product within the return window that has been opened (taken out of the plastic wrap or package). Yes. Up to 50% of item's price.
The buyer returns an item they received materially different from what they ordered. No.

 

Print On Demand Products

The sublimation, direct to print and canvas items are made-to-order and are made with high-quality materials.

We print on demand based on your personal order, our shirts using dye-sublimation, a technology that allows for us to produce these insanely vibrant all-over designs. Each design is cut, printed and sewn together on demand, once you place your order, it’s essentially custom printed. We cannot accept returns for this reason. Each item is a unique, and one of a kind product, printed exclusively for the customer who ordered it.

Due to the nature of made-to-order sublimation printing, and direct to garment printing, canvas printing the production might be delayed. Estimated times to ship are listed on each product page; however, delays may occur.

Unique Varieties is unable to issue refunds or cancellations after ordering due to production or shipping delays.

All Other Products Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This is only available for Non Print On Demand Products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or something similar.   You will need to return the item to our head office at your cost of shipping the return.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Unique Varieties gives refunds as store credits only.

You can use your store credits to purchase any other item(s) from the store. You will be given store credits in exchange for any item that is damaged/faulty or has missing parts upon delivery.

You will also be given store credits, equivalent to half the amount you paid, if we made a mistake and you declined our offer to send you the correct item in a replacement.

However, we cannot process refunds as store credits for the following:

Free Items

Gift cards

Shipping costs

Sublimation, Direct To Print items and Canvas Prints

Cancellations

-Print On Demand

Sublimation, direct to print and Canvas Print items cannot be cancelled or modified once ordered. These items are immediately sent to production, so it is impossible for us to modify or cancel. It is your own responsibility to ensure your order the correct size prior to ordering.  No replacement or refunds will be made due to you ordering the incorrect size.

Due to the nature of made-to-order sublimation printing, production might be delayed. Estimated times to ship are listed on each product page; however, delays may occur.  For holidays the goal is to deliver items prior to its deadline, but unfortunately the shipping is completely out of our control, and we cannot be held responsible if deliveries are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.  

Unique Varieties is unable to issue refunds or cancellations after ordering due to production or shipping delays that are out of our control.

-All Other Products

If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order we may be able to cancel the order providing it has not already been placed with our supplier. Please email us and subject line MUST include "CANCEL ORDER".

Changes

-Print on Demand

Once orders are placed, they are immediately sent to production; thus, orders cannot be modified to include but not limited to:  address changes, size changes, style changes, color changes etc.

-All Other Products

If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order we may be able to cancel the order providing it has not already been placed with our supplier.

If you contact us within first 12 hours of placing the order, we might be able to intercept the order before it’s printed, and modify it for you. So act fast! But we cannot guarantee this!

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

When we receive a returned shipment for incomplete or incorrect address, products get donated to charity after 15 days. You are liable for any returned shipments due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided when you purchased.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Unique Varieties is unable to issue shipping labels for returns.

Unique Varieties staff will do it's best to help resolve any issues, and achieve total customer satisfaction.
