Shipping Policy

We endeavor to get your product delivered to you as soon as possible.

Our store ships to more than 200 countries and you can enjoy all items sold on www.uniquevarieties.com

As Unique Varieties sells custom made and unique products from different locations the Estimated Delivery Time is a minimum of 2 days and sometimes up to 6 weeks from fulfillment depending on the product, location and postal services. Most often delivery is within 7 business days. 

Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors and is a estimate only, and are not guaranteed.

Note: The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 3 days for most items and up to 10 days for custom print on demand handmade items.

Different items have their own processing time, which is what we cannot control. But what we can do is try the best to let you receive your items as soon as possible.

The following cases should be taken into consideration regarding shipping times:

  1. Weight and dimensions of a package
    2. Place of Dispatch
    3. Destination
    4. Freight

When will you receive your ordered items?

Exclude force majeure (bad weather, strikes, wars etc.), the following 3 factors should be taken into consideration.

1) Shipping may vary from country to country.

2) Time in transit varies depending on where you’re located and where your package is coming from.

Taxes.

It is clear that all shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. That is usually the obligation of customers. Different countries have different tax rule on the imported goods. Therefore, it will be better if you know your county’s custom policies before your order in case of some troubles.

There are some responsibilities you should know about clearly who has to take once something unexpected happens.

If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment left the seller’s country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.

It is the buyer’s responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. You will be able to check your order via our tracking link option at the top of the menu. 

Please allow 48 hours from Shipping for our system to update before tracking.  

Please note that some small packages / orders using 1st Class USPS mail may not have tracking numbers. 

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be notified and given a option to wait for the balance of your order or a refund on that product.
